Patrick Womack, percussion
Patrick hails from Oklahoma City, where he now serves as Principal Percussionist of the Oklahoma City Philharmonic.
Patrick received his BMA (Minor in Education) from Oklahoma Baptist University and a Master’s of Music in Percussion Performance from Oklahoma City University. He also holds a Performance Certificate from the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire in the UK. Patrick has performed in many different ensembles including the Fort Smith Symphony, Oklahoma Composer’s Orchestra, Great Plains Percussion Group, Birmingham Contemporary Music Group, City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, TACTUS, and the Oklahoma City Philharmonic. As well as performing, Patrick holds teaching positions as adjunct professor of percussion at Southern Nazarene University and Oklahoma Baptist University. He is also a teacher with El Sistema Oklahoma.
